The value of INTEGRITY in the practice of of Dao Hua Qi Gong
If we are to break out of our 3D confinement, we need to raise our own frequency.

Generally speaking the joints are a tricky parts more likely to act as a dam for Chi circulation.
The current period, with its intense shuffle of information, requires us to make a 'break' with our past. This translates into almost constant adjustments on the JING ( body's fluid) level.

This means that physical, organic, energetic and informational maintenance of the JOINTS is now crucial.

Theoretical aspect :

• understanding the impact of Wood lattice on all the lattices
• why approach the neck joints ?
• the perspective of rejuvenating joints within the Practice

The experimental aspect for the Neck joints:
