Depending on their feelings, readers can draw as they choose from the texts, poems, or practical exercises—or even, in retrospect, through contemplation, reflect on how the content relates to their own path.
However, the theoretical aspect cannot stand on its own. Severed from its indispensable counterpart—practical application—it would remain mere knowledge. It is absolutely crucial to integrate it so that it attains the status of Knowledge through bodily experience.
